  3. Dear Debbie
I've been so busy with my school work and other time sapping work that I'm just barely catching up on your blog. Indeed I wasn't able to post on my blog for over 2 weeks. I'd like to comment here on your last three posts. First of all, I am so glad Lauren's operation has gone well. She looks great in the photo.

About Tiger. I totally agree with your frustration over the ruined and humiliated lives that these "trists" cause. It's all the more frustrating when the people who are seen as society's role models disappoint the whole bloody world. Though in truth I DO NOT look to sports or music or Hollywood figures as my models. I don't look to the Republican party, who lecture the world on family values while we are so often treated to the latest chapter in their soap opera lives. And I have NEVER been attracted to TV preachers.

I really enjoyed your post on CNN heroes. Those are the kind of people who inspire me. I just posted a tribute to someone who was a role model to me; I think you'll enjoy.

    Merriest Christmas,

    Ruben

  4. It's more than a miracle, y'know . . . that you all, from different facets of Lauren's life, pull together and thrill to this best outcome as a FAMILY. Talk about "normal" . . . this is what is what we could all strive for, in my book.

    God bless ya, cuz!
